The Concept
1. What is "Call & Response"?
Every WE POP garment is a dialogue. The "Call" is the visible message on the chest for the world to see; the "Response" is a hidden message on the inner cuff, visible only to you. It is designed to bridge the gap between your outer vibe and your inner dialogue.
2. Why are there different "Mood Lines"?
We categorize our designs into Status, Healing, Grounded, and Silly Mode. Each line reflects a different mental state and uses a specific silhouette and fabric weight to match that mood physically.
Sizing & Fit
3. How do I choose the right size?
Our fits vary by line to match the intended "Mood." Please refer to our Master Size Table for exact measurements.
- STATUS: Our longest and most premium fit. We offer an XS for this line specifically.
- SILLY: A narrower, more "graphic tee" style fit. For a boxy look, we suggest sizing up.
- HEALING/GROUNDED: Standard oversized streetwear silhouettes.
4. Will the fabric shrink?
We use high-density quality fabric. To maintain the structure and prevent shrinking, we recommend washing in cold water and air-drying flat.
ORDER & SHIPPING
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to make changes, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.(Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses).
7. How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within1-3 business days. Estimated standard delivery transit time via registered post is5-9 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
8. Will I have to pay customs duties?
For international customers outside of Hong Kong, you are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes, and local Customs fees. Orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).
Returns & Care
9. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
10. What if I receive a defective item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info.wepop.shop@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receipt with your Order # and a photo of the product.
11. What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
If a package is returned due to a failure of receipt, we can arrange a second shipment at the customer’s expense. We will hold returned packages for 30 calendar days before they are forfeited.
12. How do I care for the "Response" print on the cuff?
To protect the secret message, always wash the garment inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly over the printed area.
